A Wedding to Remember. . .
A wedding is the celebration of a lifetime
and we want yours to be like no other. The Sutton Place Hotel’s
attentive service, expert support and memorable cuisine will make
every sparkling moment even brighter. Let us share with you here
some of the details that will ensure your special event with us will
be absolutely perfect.
As your guests arrive for wedding, they are greeted by uniformed
door staff. Valet parking is available at $18.00 per car or, self
parking at $12.00 per car,
from 6pm
for duration of the event. Walking through the elegant lobby, our
concierge will assist with directing your guests to your Wedding
Ceremony or Reception.
Working with the freshest local and
international ingredients, our chefs have perfected the art of matching food and wine.
Your Reception. . .
From the time your guests
arrive at the Cocktail Reception following the Ceremony, we will create a
memorable social event in elegant surroundings. Your escort cards will be
beautifully displayed on an elegantly draped table centered in the foyer.
We
will offer beverage service including deluxe Premium brand bar selections,
domestic and imported beers, and pre-selected red and white wines. Meanwhile, tuxedoed wait staff will pass a selection of exquisite hors
d’oeuvres and you may want to include beautifully decorated theme food
stations as well.
Your Dinner. . . A
Dinner bell will announce that dinner and dancing is about to begin. Your
table décor will include white table linen and white skirting, all china,
silverware and glassware, as well as votive candles. You may choose a menu
from the selections that follow or, we will be delighted to create a menu
exclusive to you.
Dancing. . . We
will assist with custom floor plans and seating arrangements, including a
dance floor, staging for entertainment, and referrals to great entertainment
including DJ services and bands.
Your Accommodations. . .
The Sutton Place Hotel is
pleased to provide a complimentary Honeymoon Suite for the Bride and Groom. As well, for your out of town guests, we will offer a special room rate,
based on availability.
Versailles Ballroom & Chateau Lafite
Entertain up to 250 guests in the Versailles Ballroom. The damask silk wall
coverings, spectacular crown mouldings
and dramatic chandeliers
accent this
fabulous reception space. Before entering into the
ballroom, guests may
gather in one of
our other elegant rooms such as, Chateau Lafite,
to enjoy cocktails and hors d'oeuvres.
